Eligible Refund Timeframe
You are eligible for reimbursement within 30
calendar days from the delivery date on courier tracking. Any
time after that, you will no longer be eligible to receive a
refund. We encourage our customers to try the products as soon
as possible upon arrival to ensure the products fit your needs.
Products Excluded From Returning
Most of the Wishly products can be returned. However, we don't
accept returns on products that are health hygiene-related,
consumables like candies, etc. This is determined case by case.
Return Request and Contact Us First
We must determine the eligibility of the products you want to
return to us. Therefore, please contact us first. Wishly will
not be held responsible for your money loss if a return request
has not been made or has not been accepted.
Log into our website, navigate to the relevant order and use
the message box to inform us about the return (please don't
email us). Once the request is accepted, your order status
changes, and follow the return instructions to complete the
process.
We do accept requests for partial returns on an order. In that
case, please tell us which product you are intending to return
in the message.
Returning Product and Getting Refund
Please try to return the product in the same condition as it
was purchased, including any manuals, accessories, and packaging.
We will have to receive your returning product first, have its
conditions inspected, and then issue the refund if it's appropriate.
A refund means we send the payment back to your account
using the same method you used to make the purchase.
Shipping Fee
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your order,
you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Please note
that any original shipping fee won’t be refunded, as it was
used to deliver your order to you.
If you are returning an order due to a major defect and your
return request has been approved, we will cover the return
shipping cost. When we issue your refund, any original shipping
fee will also be refunded, as the order was not fulfilled as
expected.
If you are requesting a partial return, the above conditions
still apply. However, any original shipping fee (if applicable)
will be refunded proportionally, based on the value of the
returned defective item(s) relative to the total order value.
